How long per day does he work out? Mostly one and a half hour. He loves to do a push, pull, legs split designed for his individual needs and weaknesses.

His most important advice for putting on muscle: Be consistent with everything. Nobody has always the motivation to do the things he has to do, but he does it anyway. And that’s what it’s all about: discipline. Frequent question: Oliver’s arm size. Around 19 inches (48 cm), he has measured.
