Abel Albonetti: The Compatibility of Family and Fitness Career

Abel, Shelby, Brady, Kinley, Casen, and some heavy dumbbells: A family with three kids AND a fitness career, why not? In his Instagram story Abel Albonetti was asked how he manages to find time for the gym and also for his family.

The top fitness coach, model and bodybuilding competitor answered: “If you make it a priority, you will find time! Working out for me has helped me in so many other areas of my life, so without it I feel not like myself. Being a good husband and father is definitely the top priority. It’s my job to raise and protect them and be the best example of what a dad should be.”

I forgot: In this great family there is also Gainer, the beloved dog.

So no more excuses!
