Why is discipline important? It brings stability and structure into your life which then can truly change your life for the better. Having discipline is absolutely key for fitness, and even for every other aspect in life. I believe discipline creates good habits for yourself like not cheating on your diet and going to the gym everyday. Having discipline has brought me so much success in getting strength and in size over the last two years.
