William Richardson: The Importance Of Muscle Failure

A good explanation is half the battle. And William Richardson has got it. On Instagram the fitness trainer and online coach explains how important muscle failure is:

“When it comes to growing biceps or any muscle so many people are overcomplicating it. It does not matter if you’re doing a cable curl or you’re doing a dumbbell curl or even a barbell curl, it is not that much of a difference between these exercises on the effect of muscle growth. What is most important is taking the muscle until failure, which means going until you cannot do another full repetition or at least close to that. That is going to be the most significant thing whenever it comes to your training or muslce growth – for any muscle.”
