“What do you all think about when doing your last few hardest reps?” a follower asked Pietro Boselli. And the popular fitness coach and top model gave a quite interesting answer.

Pietro: “Personally that moment when you’re really pushing thru is the best form of meditation because you are really not thinking of anything else but the lift. All your nervous system is recruited and fired up and just focused on pushing that weight. The mind is clear of anything else. No matter how sad, happy, angry, worried or excited you are that day, that second of the max rep is when you’re truly free.”
